The recipes cover anything from bread to dessert to all meals and all kinds of protein, including vegan and vegetarian dishes. The recipes are easy to follow, but the book does not contain a lot of images. So if you are looking for a book with images to guide you step by step, this book is not right for you. But if you know your basic techniques and can follow recipes without a lot of pictures, then this book is perfect for you because of the comprehensive nature in which it presents Dutch oven recipes. The recipes vary from basic Dutch oven recipes for novices to more adventurous recipes to cook as you increase your skills. I’ve already tried cooking a whole chicken, braised short-ribs, and creamy corn chowder. They were all delicious! I’m most excited to try some of the bread recipes and the desserts.
